The trouble is persisting after trying all of the above. Information technology is merely affecting one of my accounts. I take other Outlook/hotmail accounts that are working. Here are answers to your questions:
- Access your account through a web browser, web email (not sure what the difference is between web browser or web email) I'm using "live.com" on the computer.
- Does the issue happen when you are using a different browser or computer? It happens using a different browser. I haven't tried a dissimilar figurer
- Take you received any fault or default letters when you send or receive any email? Yes "Outlook wasn't able to complete this request. Microsoft may contact you about any issues you report." when I tried to send an email. However the email was sent and it was received by a different hotmail business relationship.
I sent an e-mail from a different hotmail business relationship to the trouble account and it is listed as sent but it was not received. - Kindly verify what do you hateful "Outlook" Is it Microsoft Office Outlook or Outlook.com? It is Outlook.com

I access my mail through my cyberspace browser. I never had this issue before Outlook took over---
I feel similar I take to refresh my email every few seconds-- my cache is cleared many times a twenty-four hours-- it is annoying to be told that something is ALWAYS wrong with Outlook/Hotmail.

I never said I was unable to access my mailbox. I am non sure where you read that.
What I said is that I am constantly getting the bulletin that "at that place is something wrong, please refresh. I get this someday I try to expect at a message, articulate a mailbox, etc. I am spending majoring of my time refreshing Hotmail/Outlook.
I never had this issue earlier Outlook took over.
I can't reply about another browser because I just apply Google Chrome.
I can't answer about using some other computer because I only have the one laptop.
I can't answer about using other Microsoft accounts considering this one is the only one I accept.
All I know is that I, and many others, keep getting the aforementioned message about 'something is wrong'.
I clear my cache, I brand sure there are no bug on you main site, etc.
Please gear up this-- I am not the only one.

I understand why y'all are asking the questions-- I was answering them. I was not disputing the reason you lot were asking.
All I questioned was where yous got the idea I couldn't admission my postal service-- I never had said that. I said I was being told something was wrong-- that doesn't imply that I couldn't access mail.
As for other browsers I have no other browsers on my reckoner. IE 8/9 crashes many of the applications I apply on the computer. Firefox is extremely laggy. I have only used Google Chrome for years.
